Month-end shouldn't feel like an excavation
Most bookkeeping isn't slow because the accounting is hard. It's slow because the inputs are scattered and the status is invisible.
The documents are everywhere
WhatsApp, three inboxes, a shared drive nobody maintains. Half the close is just finding things.
Nobody knows what's outstanding
“Did we get the August bank statement?” No one can answer without opening four windows.
The work has no memory
Last month's questions get asked again. The reasoning behind an adjustment lives in someone's head.
Three moves, and the month is behind you
Drop it in the month
Every business has a bucket for every month. Bank statements, invoices, receipts, payroll — in they go, from anyone you've given access to.
The work gets done
Your team works the month as a ticket. AI review findings land in the same thread, so questions and answers sit beside the documents that raised them.
The month closes
Reviewed, signed off, locked. The bucket, the ticket and the full trail stay exactly where anyone would look for them next year.
A bucket for every month, and nowhere else to look
The single change that makes a close feel calm: every document a business produces in a month has exactly one place to be, and everyone who needs it knows where that is.
One drop zone per business, per month
No folder trees to design, no naming conventions to enforce. The month is the folder.
Tagged as it lands
Bank, invoices, receipts, payroll, statements. Scan a month's completeness at a glance.
Clients drop straight in
Give an owner access to their own businesses only. They upload; they never see anyone else's.
Locked when it's closed
Sign off a month and it seals. The trail of who added what, and when, is kept for you.

The month is the anchor
Not projects. Not folders. Not threads. Every question a bookkeeper asks starts with a business and a month — so that's the shape of the whole product.
Same structure, two kinds of people
You keep the books for other people
- Every client, every business under them, every month — one view
- Assign work, review it, sign it off without leaving the ticket
- Give each client access to their own businesses and nothing else
You own one business, or seven
- Drop your month's paperwork in and get on with running the place
- See exactly what's still outstanding before anyone has to ask
- Every past month stays where you left it, permanently
Where this goes next
The workflow comes first. Once the month is a clean, structured unit of work, pointing a model at it is the easy part.
The workflow, running
- Buckets, tickets and months across every business you handle
- Roles and access down to the individual business
- AI review findings brought into the ticket thread
- Full activity trail on every month
The model, connected
- Documents read and classified the moment they land
- Reconciliations drafted against the month's bucket
- Exceptions raised as tickets before anyone opens the file
- The close proposed, with a human signing it off
Questions we get in the room
Does this replace our accounting software?+
No. It replaces the mess around it — the chasing, the folders, the “where is that statement”. Your ledger stays where it is.
What can our clients see?+
Exactly what you grant. Access is scoped to a client, and can be narrowed further to individual businesses under them. Clients can upload and comment; they can't move work through the process.
Where do the files actually live?+
In Google Cloud Storage under your own project, organised by business and month. Downloads go through short-lived signed links, so nothing is publicly addressable.
Is the AI making the accounting decisions?+
Not in V1. Findings from the model are pasted into the ticket as review notes and a person decides what to do with them. V2 connects the model directly, still with a human signing off the close.
